Ana Barros has a degree in Business and Information Systems by University of Algarve and participated in the Leadership Development Program "Knowing how to lead" at Universidade Católica. Before founding OUTMarketing, Ana Barros was Account Manager at Sybase Portugal and Responsible for Partners and Academic relationships, reporting to the Board members.
Sofia Luz has a degree in Corporate Communication by ISCEM (Instituto Superior de Comunicação Empresarial). Before founding OUTMarketing, during 10 years, Sofia was Marketing Manager at IT Companies such as Sybase Portugal, INSA Portugal (IBM Group) and Software AG Portugal, always reporting to the Board members.
